In the case that the company has delivered an inaccurate product to its customer with regard to the most recent confirmation of purchase order, the company will proceed with the return of the correct product to the customer within 7 official working days without any charge. The company shall reserve the right to consider each specific case prior to the acceptance of a product return.
In the case of a product return or cancelation of purchase order (under the company's policies), the returning product shall be maintained in good quality and in ready-to-sell condition (ready-to-sell condition means the product possesses no physical change or damage of price tag, OCPB tag and brand-name label and shall be kept properly in its package ready for distribution).
1.1 If a purchase order has been canceled prior to the packaging process, the company shall return the amount of money to a customer via the customer's bank account on the next working day.
1.2 If the product return is made after receipt of the product, the company shall return the amount of money via the bank account of a customer's mPay, Paysbuy or PayPal credit card within 14 days following the date that the company has examined the product and accepted the product return.
2.1 For any product item not exceeding 3,000 baht in value, the company shall return the amount of money to a customer via the customer's bank account within 3 days following the date that the company has examined the product and accepted the product return.
2.2 For any product item exceeding 3,000 baht in value, the company shall return the amount of money to a customer via the customer's bank account within 5 days following the date that the company has examined the product and accepted the product return.
